		<description>A real cup of cappuccino is made with espresso, but the espresso is traditionally made through a steaming method which reduces the caffeine.  That is unless  you make the espresso in a caffetiera that you turn upside down (I think that is the Neopolitan method) in which case you do not lose the caffeine.

Then of course you steam the milk until it gets all frothy and add the espresso to it.  Yummy</description>
